Born from the conviction that there is a better way.
TREN CRE was built on a simple premise. Too much commercial real estate has drifted from the fundamentals through layers of complexity, opaque processes, and misaligned incentives, which have turned straightforward transactions into drawn-out, frustrating experiences for the people who matter most: the clients. We started this firm to strip that back. By integrating technology into every stage of the deal process, we bring the practice of commercial real estate back to its core principle: the time value of money. Every recommendation we make, every strategy we build, and every deal we execute is measured against a simple question: Is this the best use of our client’s time and capital?

Our Team
Anna is the firm’s Designated Broker and Partner, focused on site acquisition, land strategy, and development advisory. With a Master’s in Real Estate Development from ASU and direct experience as both a broker and investor/owner operator, Anna brings a developer’s analytical lens to every engagement — evaluating opportunities across acquisition basis, zoning and entitlement risk, feasibility, capital requirements, timing, and exit strategy.

Tyler McShane
Tyler is a Partner at the firm, and where others find reasons a deal cannot work, Tyler finds the terms that make it close. Focused on investment sales, dispositions, and strategic advisory for owner-users and investors, Tyler brings a capital-markets perspective shaped by private equity, family office advisory, and brokerage. Guided by the time value of money, Tyler emphasizes speed, clarity, and disciplined execution.
